The Farmhouse can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably (more with prior written approval) With 4 bedrooms, 2 bonus rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 living/entertainment rooms, a gorgeous dining room and beautiful large eat-in kitchen, there’s enough space for large group game nights and cozy reading nooks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home. Plus, during chilly winter days you’ll enjoy the warming rack to dry your hats, mittens and scarves.
The dining room & Study
The dining room and study are warm and inviting. The large dining room table is another place to host the family meals.
We hope you don’t have to work while on vacation. But if you do, the study is the perfect place for peace and quiet. You can close the doors and set up on the desk while still being cozy and comfortable. We have high speed internet, an extra monitor and charging station for you.

Parlour & music room
The music room and parlour are sure to be two of your favorite rooms. They are adjoining rooms, and will definitely not disappoint!
A piano, poker table, chess and many other games fill these two rooms. You may even find a guitar and other instruments hanging around.

The sun room is the perfect place for a morning stretch or exercise class on the smart tv.
Enjoy an evening cocktail from the bar or a glass of wine by the fire with a good book or movie.
This room has a beautiful view of the slopes day and night. It truly has something for everyone.

The fully remodeled kitchen will make the most discerning chef happy. It is so inviting it may even tempt our typically “take-out only” guests to toss aside their take out menus.
The large island and breakfast nook offer room for everyone to dine together. The coffee corner has everything you need to make that perfect cup of joe (or tea if you are from the other side of the pond).
The warming station is the perfect spot when you are coming in from the slopes with plenty of places to sit and tug on your boots.

We want everyone in the family to feel welcome, so we’ve tried to think of things even the youngest will enjoy. From toys to baby gates for the stairs, and even an entire lower cupboard stocked especially for those who still can’t ride the big kid’s rides at amusement parks.

Gorgeous Location
We are located steps from the base of Pat’s Peak. While we can’t technically say “we’re ski in/ski out”, we can technically say “we’re ski in” : )
